Privacy Policy

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Waitlist (“Notify me”). When you join a product’s waitlist, we record your email address, which product you signed up for, the time you signed up, and your IP address. We keep the IP address to help spot and block spam.
• Contact form. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and your message.

When you join a waitlist, we send you one confirmation email right away, with a one-click unsubscribe link. After that, we email you when that product is ready, and nothing else. There is no separate confirmation step: submitting the form adds you to the list.

We use your name, email, and message from the contact form only to reply to you. We don’t use your information for anything else.

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure visits to the site and how many people join a waitlist. It sets Google Analytics cookies in your browser. We don’t turn on Google’s advertising features, and we don’t sell or share this data for advertising. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We use Sentry to find and fix problems with the site. When something breaks, Sentry receives a technical error report, such as your browser type, the page you were on, and details of the error. We use these reports only to fix bugs, not to track people.

The ad players on this site load from youtube-nocookie.com, and only when you press play. Until then, nothing is loaded from YouTube. Once you press play, the video is served by YouTube and YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

We use two kinds of cookies:

• Essential. A session cookie that keeps the site working and protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). The site needs it to work.
• Analytics. The Google Analytics cookies described above, which measure visits.

We don’t use advertising cookies.

Our forms use a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting to block automated spam. These check how a form is submitted, not who you are.

A few services handle the plumbing on our behalf: Resend delivers our email, Google provides analytics, Sentry receives error reports, and Amazon Web Services hosts the site. They only process what they need to provide those services.

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We never email waitlist addresses about anything other than the product you signed up for.

We keep your waitlist signup until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address only as an unsubscribed record, so we never email it again. If you want it deleted entirely, email us and we will.

We keep contact messages while we’re helping you and for a reasonable time afterward in case you write back.

You can unsubscribe from a waitlist with one click from any email we send. You can also email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We honour the privacy rights available under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when you ask, wherever you live.

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we’ll delete it.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
